Bellmont Facade Engineering provide specialist services in relation to the rectification of Building Defects on recently constructed residential and commercial properties.

Where a residential complex has been constructed and is found to consist of defects relating to poor or incorrect Building practices, the Owners are entitled to lodge a claim under the Buildings Home Warranty Policy.

Bellmont are able to act on the Owners behalf to inspect, provide expert reports, quantify defects , act on the Owners behalf when entering into discussions with the Builder or Insurer and supervise remedial rectification works.
