Bellmont were engaged to undertake a makes safe of the eastern elevation facade in order to secure the safety of pedestrians from falling render.

This opportunity was used to also undertake a series of chemical and mechanical tests on the hosts facade in order to establish the modes of failure and to assist in implementing an appropriate remedial measure.

Bellmont subsequently provided technical and contractual support during the remedial project.
