Bellmont was engaged to assist in the transformation of this 50 year old multi level residential apartment complex located in exclusive Kirribilli on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

The complex, suffered from material deterioration – stemming from its proximity too the marine environment. BELLMONT documented the required remedial works, procured tenders and are now in the Project Management phase of the project.

The works to be undertaken have been deemed necessary to re-establish the buildings structural integrity and include, installation of new brick ties, replacement of corroding lintels, reinforcement corrosion repairs and rendering of the building.

Bellmont will project manage this project over the coming months, providing the necessary technical advice required during each stage of the project.   The contractor selected for this project was Preservation Technologies.
