Soleil Meriton - Ocean Surfers Paradise Crown
With iconic views of the Gold Coast, Ocean by Meriton is ideally situated across from the majestic Pacific Ocean. A total of 76 floors and a height of 252 metres make this one of the tallest residential buildings on the Gold Coast. Completed in July 2022, architect and client worked closely to design a facade lighting solution that emphasises the building's golden crown, creating a dynamic visual experience that makes the building stand out at night.
Bellmont Façade Engineering was asked to identify a suitable paint system to protect the Roof Top structural steel from corrosion in marine environments. Defining the operating conditions of the structure is crucial when selecting a paint system.
