Located in Kirribilli, Sydney, our building of interest this month required extensive façade and remedial works to revitalise the building and provide a modern touch while still preserving the original cosmopolitan flair.

Situated in Kirribilli and surrounded by spectacular postcard views of Sydney’s iconic landmarks, this Kirribilli apartment block has undertaken major façade, remedial and refurbishment works.
The building is being upgraded to become a more modern day structure, with upgrades inclusive of:

• Improved thermal performance
  
• Façade rejuvenation
  
• Structural and electrical upgrade works.
  

Bellmont were appointed to undertake the diagnosis, procurement of tenders and supervision of remedial works which are scheduled to be completed within 3 months. 
Complex in nature, the remedial work includes extensive concrete repairs to major elements and the improvement of the weatherproofing capacity of the façade as a whole, including installation of new prestressed clay lintels, cavity and window flashings, new membranes and balustrades
