The Rockwall Apartments is a multi level residential complex located in Potts Point. A large scale proactive remedial project to remove all traces of corrosion, repair render, followed by façade coating works, was been commissioned by a proactive and results focused Owners Corporation.

Simultaneously, the Owners also undertook the opportunity to re-coat the aluminium windows and balustrades of the building to modernise the building's appearance.
