After our initial inspections on the building, we developed a comprehensive scope of works which would not only rectify all structural elements, but enhance the building aesthetics as well. Over the life of the project managed by BellMont, work included:
Rectification of walls inclusive of brick ties.
Window removal and replacement with new aluminium windows.
Render of the building facade.
Painting of the facade.
Replacement of balcony tiles.
With work completed, the body corporate now have a structurally sound building that will last long into the future, as well as a building that has experienced the benefits of a beautiful facade upgrade.
