The Rockwall Apartments is a multi level residential complex located in Potts Point. A large scale proactive remedial project to remove all traces of corrosion, repair render, followed by façade coating works, was been commissioned by a proactive and results focused Owners Corporation.
Simultaneously, the Owners also undertook the opportunity to re-coat the aluminium windows and balustrades of the building to modernise the building's appearance.
BellMont was involved to provide technical supervision services to the remediation of the masonry façade elements, whilst also consulting on waterproofing issues.
