Oh deer! It seems Christmas is here, wherever did the year go?

While the festive season can be hectic time we would like to take a moment to reflect on the wonderful year we have had, the successful projects we have completed and most importantly, to thank each and every one of our clients for choosing BellMont once again. 

To recap on the past year we have chosen two of our most exciting projects, 5 Campbell Parade Bondi and the St Sophia heritage property on South Dowling St, Paddington​. 

5 Campbell Parade, Bondi 

This past year has brought BellMont many challenging, yet rewarding projects that were handled with the utmost professionalism by our team, leaving our clients highly satisfied. Our engineers were called upon to repair the facade and structural design of this three story Bondi Beach property due to concerns surrounding the safety of the dislodging  terracotta tiles on its' roof. In order to resolve this issue, our engineers replaced the entire rood parapet, the upper roof parapet and the penthouse cladding on all elevations of the property.

St. Sophia Church, Paddington 

The Church of St. Sophia is a significant building found on the New South Wales State Heritage List.

The building is adored by the Greek Orthodox Community and what an honour it is for us to be a part of the process that would see the church be restored to its previous state of perfection. 

It is no secret that here at BellMont we love a good heritage property revitalisation project and at 91 years old, it was time for this building on South Dowling Street, Paddington to be revitalised. It is the perfect example of yet another heritage site success - thanks in part to the work of our hardworking engineers.
