The Oscar - Bondi Junction

After months of extensive remedial works, the first building of the complex has been completed—and access to the second building has now been erected. Situated in Bondi Junction, this complex is undergoing extensive protective and decorative remedial works.

This particular rectification project has allowed for the Owners to alter the colour scheme of their building, whilst also using a multi layer acrylic external grade coating system allowing for extra protection against everyday wear and tear.

BellMont’s services include the progressive inspection and assessment of facade deterioration issues, along with supervision and the provision of continuous technical advice to the Building Contractor.
